Easy to replace and make the whole system work just like new. Much cheaper than a new cane!

The feet I received do not fit my cane

The feet I received do not fit my cane. My cane is six years old and requires the round feet. I have called your customer service numberand get a busy signal and then it hangs up. Also, the joints have lossened so it rattles when I use it. I’m not happy.
