HurryCane support sucks!!!!

The feet for my cane have apparently been discontinued. The ones you sent me for $10.00 plus $8.00 shipping do not fit my cane. I called your support, and the person suggested I could buy a new tip for my cane which costs $20.00 plus shipping. Therefore, I would have $20.00 plus approx $30.00 invested in my cane when I could buy a new cane for $40.00. Why would you discontinue the old style feet when you must have thousands of these canes in use?
